- REMOVE CRANKSHAFT PULLEY ASSEMBLY

- REMOVE TIMING CHAIN COVER OIL SEAL
- Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, pry out the timing chain cover oil seal.NOTE:
- Do not damage the surface of the press fit hole or crankshaft.
- After removing the timing chain cover oil seal, check the crankshaft for damage. If damaged, smooth the surface with 400-grit sandpaper.
*a Protective Tape HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, pry out the timing chain cover oil seal.
