DTC P0190-15: Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit Short to Battery or Open [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR (FOR HIGH PRESSURE SIDE) - ECM)
- Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor (for high pressure side) connector.
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- CHECK TERMINAL VOLTAGE (POWER SOURCE OF FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR (FOR HIGH PRESSURE SIDE))

(to Fuel Pressure Sensor (for High Pressure Side))- Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor (for high pressure side) connector.
- Turn the engine switch on (IG).
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition E2-1 (VC) - E2-2 (E2) Engine switch on (IG) 4.75 to 5.25 V Result
Proceed to OK NG HINT:
Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the fuel pressure sensor (for high pressure side).
