Installation [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

- INSTALL WASTE GATE VALVE ACTUATOR WITH BRACKET ASSEMBLY NOTE:
After removal and installation of the waste gate valve actuator with bracket assembly, make sure to check the travel of the waste gate valve actuator.
See step 1
- Install the waste gate valve actuator with bracket assembly to the compressor housing with bearing sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 24 N*m (245 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf)
HINT:
If 2 adjustment washers are installed between the waste gate valve actuator with bracket assembly and compressor housing with bearing sub-assembly, install the washers to their original locations.
- Install a new E-washer to the waste gate valve actuator with bracket assembly link pin.NOTE:
Do not reuse the E-washer.
- Install the waste gate valve actuator with bracket assembly to the compressor housing with bearing sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.
- INSPECT WASTE GATE VALVE ACTUATOR WITH BRACKET ASSEMBLY

- INSTALL INLET COMPRESSOR ELBOW
- Install a new inlet compressor gasket to the turbocharger sub-assembly.
- Install the inlet compressor elbow to the turbocharger sub-assembly with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 24 N*m (245 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf)
- Engage the clamp.
- INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD CONVERTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (TWC: Front and Rear Catalyst)
