Inspection [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

- INSPECT INTAKE AIR CONTROL VALVE (AIR BY-PASS VALVE ASSEMBLY)
- Check the operation.
- Press and release the plunger of the intake air control valve (air by-pass valve assembly) and check that it quickly returns to its original position.NOTE:
Make sure that no foreign matter is stuck to the plunger seal of the intake air control valve (air by-pass valve assembly) and that the plunger seal is not damaged.
If the plunger does not quickly return to its original position, replace the intake air control valve (air by-pass valve assembly).

- Press and release the plunger of the intake air control valve (air by-pass valve assembly) and check that it quickly returns to its original position.
- Inspect the resistance.
- Check the operation.
