Installation [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

- INSTALL NO. 5 ENGINE WIRE
- Engage the 2 clamps to install the No. 5 engine wire to the oil cooler assembly.
- INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
- Apply a small amount of engine oil to 2 new O-rings.
- Install the 2 O-rings to the stiffening crankcase assembly.
- Install the oil cooler assembly to the stiffening crankcase assembly with the 4 bolts in several steps in the order shown in the illustration.
Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf)
- Connect the No. 4 water by-pass hose and No. 5 water by-pass hose to the oil cooler assembly and slide the 2 clips to secure them.

Engage the clips within the area shown in the illustration.
- Connect the 2 No. 5 engine wire connectors.
- INSTALL COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH
