Installation [09/2014 - 11/2017]: Procedure

- INSTALL FUEL RELIEF VALVE ASSEMBLY
- Install a new gasket to the fuel relief valve assembly.
- Using a 17 mm union nut wrench, install the fuel relief valve assembly to the No. 2 fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly.
*a 17 mm Union Nut Wrench *b Torque Wrench Fulcrum Length Specified tightening torque
Torque: 40 N.m (408 kgf/cm, 30 ft.lbf)
NOTE:- Do not apply oil to the threads of the fuel relief valve assembly or No. 2 fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly.
- Do not allow foreign matter to enter the No. 2 fuel delivery pipe sub-assembly during installation.
HINT:
- Calculate the torque wrench reading when changing the fulcrum length of the torque wrench.

- When using a 17 mm union nut wrench (fulcrum length of 30 mm (1.18 in.)) + torque wrench (fulcrum length of 180 mm (7.09 in.)): 34 N.m (347 kgf/cm, 25 ft.lbf)
- INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
