Removal [11/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE INTAKE AIR SURGE TANK ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2017 - ]

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  3. REMOVE PCV VALVE (VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY) 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the ventilation hose assembly from the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly).

    2. Using a 22 mm deep socket wrench, remove the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.
