Removal [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  2. REMOVE NO. 3 VENTILATION HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 3 ventilation hose from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

    2. Disengage the clamp.
  3. DISCONNECT UNION TO CHECK VALVE HOSE 
    1. Slide the clip and disconnect the union to check valve hose from the vacuum pump assembly.

  4. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the No. 2 vacuum transmitting hose assembly from the vacuum pump assembly.

    2. Remove the 4 bolts and vacuum pump assembly from the engine assembly.

    3. Remove the No. 2 O-ring and No. 3 O-ring from the vacuum pump assembly.

      *1 No. 2 O-ring
      *2 No. 3 O-ring
