Removal [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8
  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21

  4. REMOVE NO. 3 BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23

  5. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  6. REMOVE NO. 2 BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  7. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

  10. REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY

      1. Disconnect the battery cooling blower assembly connector.
      2. Remove the 2 bolts and battery cooling blower assembly from the HV battery.
        NOTE:
        • Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.
        • Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.
  11. REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER BRACKET
