On-Vehicle Inspection [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

- REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
- INSPECT REAR ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR
- Disengage the clamp to separate the vacuum hose.
- Disconnect the vacuum hose.
- Using a vacuum pump, apply vacuum of 80 kPa (600 mmHg, 23.6 in.Hg) and wait for 1 minute.
- Check that there is no change in the needle movement of the vacuum pump gauge.
OK
Vacuum pressure holds.
- Check that there is no fluid leakage caused by a break in the diaphragm.
- Connect the vacuum hose.
- Engage the clamp to install the vacuum hose.
- Disengage the clamp to separate the vacuum hose.
- INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
