DTC P3000-4B: Hybrid/EV Battery Control System Over Temperature [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK DTC OUTPUT (HV BATTERY, HYBRID CONTROL) 
    1. Check for DTCs.

      Powertrain > HV Battery > Trouble Codes 

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      "P3000-4B" only is output, or DTCs except the ones in the table below are also output. A

    2. Turn the ignition switch off.

    Result: 

    GO TO DTC CHART (HYBRID BATTERY SYSTEM). Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [11/2021 - ] 

    Result: 

    GO TO DTC CHART (HYBRID CONTROL SYSTEM). Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [11/2021 - 03/2024]  , or refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [03/2024 - ]

  2. REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]

    NEXT 

    REPLACE NO. 1 HV SUPPLY STACK SUB-ASSEMBLY AND NO. 2 HV SUPPLY STACK SUB-ASSEMBLY. Refer to  REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]
