Removal [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR WITH COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]

  2. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY WITH SHROUD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 43

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the No. 2 air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering them.

  4. REMOVE COOLER BRACKET

  5. REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:

    Do not damage the cooler condenser assembly and radiator assembly when removing the cooler condenser assembly.
