REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL ASSEMBLY

Remove in this Direction (1)

Remove in this Direction (2)

Apply protective tape at the position shown in the illustration.
Using moulding remover B, detach the claw as shown in the illustration.
Using moulding remover B, detach the claw and remove the upper console panel assembly as shown in the illustration.
Disconnect the 2 connector and detach the clamp.

1. Use the same procedure described for the lower No. 2 instrument panel pad subassembly.

REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

	Place Hands Here		Remove in this Direction (1)
	Remove in this Direction (2)		Remove in this Direction (3)

Insert moulding remover B in the position shown in the illustration.
Place your hand in the gap as shown in the illustration, detach the claw.
Insert moulding remover B in the position shown in the illustration.
Place your hand in the gap as shown in the illustration, detach the claw.
Place your hand as shown in the illustration, detach the claw and guide and remove the console rear end panel sub-assembly.
Disconnect the 2 connectors and detach the clamp.
Using a thin-bladed screwdriver, detach the claw and remove the connector cover.
HINT:

Tape the thin-bladed screwdriver tip before use.

Insert moulding remover B in the position shown in the illustration.
Place your hand in the gap as shown in the illustration, detach the claw.
Insert moulding remover B in the position shown in the illustration.
Place your hand in the gap as shown in the illustration, detach the claw.
Place your hand as shown in the illustration, detach the claw and guide remove the console rear end panel sub-assembly.
