1. Disconnect the I53 spiral cable sub-assembly connector.

   Procedure1

2. Using an oscilloscope, check the waveform.
   NOTE:

   The wave pattern changes according to CXPI communication signal.

3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   I5-9 (CXPI) - I53-1 (LIN)	Always	Below 1 Ω
   I5-9 (CXPI) or I53-1 (LIN) - Body ground	Always	10 kΩ or higher
