Removal [10/2017 - 10/2023]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [10/2017 - 10/2020] , or refer to REMOVAL [10/2020 - 10/2022] , or refer to REMOVAL [10/2022 - 10/2023]

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX DUCT 
    1. Remove the 2 clips and No. 1 console box duct.

  3. REMOVE SHIFT POSITION INDICATOR 

    HINT: 

    Perform this procedure only when replacing the shift position indicator.

    1. Remove the 2 screws, 2 claws and shift position indicator from the console upper panel assembly.

  4. REMOVE TRANSMISSION FLOOR SHIFT ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the 2 clamps.

    2. Disconnect the transmission floor shift assembly connector.

    3. Remove the 4 bolts and transmission floor shift assembly from the body.
