Removal [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1
  2. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION

      Place Hands Here Remove in this Direction (1)
      Remove in this Direction (2) - -
      1. Place your hand as shown in the illustration, detach the claw and clip.
      2. Detach the guide and remove the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion.
  3. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the No. 2 instrument panel finish panel cushion.
  4. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Open in this Direction - -
      1. Open the armrest.

      Place Hands Here Remove in this Direction (1)
      Remove in this Direction (2) - -
      1. Detach the claw as shown in the illustration.
      2. Place your hand in the gap as shown in the illustration, detach the claw and remove the upper console panel assembly as shown in the illustration.
      3. Disconnect the each connector and detach the clamp.
  5. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    HINT:

      Place Hands Here Remove in this Direction (1)
      Remove in this Direction (2) - -
      1. Insert moulding remover D in the position shown in the illustration.
      2. Place your hand in the gap as shown in the illustration, detach the claw.
      3. Place your hand as shown in the illustration, detach the claw and clip and remove the console rear end panel sub-assembly.
      4. Disconnect the each connector and detach the clamp.
  6. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY
