Removal [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL

  2. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER NO. 1 BRACKET LH

      Screw Clip
  3. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER NO. 1 BRACKET RH 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  4. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for Off Road Package)

      Bolt Clip
  5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 
    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2023 - ]
  6. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
  7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY 

    HINT:

      1. Put protective tape around the front bumper assembly.

      1. Remove the 3 bolts.

      1. Remove the clip.
    4. Use the same procedure for the other side.

      Bolt Screw
      1. Remove the 4 bolts and 6 screws.

      *A w/ Headlight Cleaner System - -
      Clip Connector
      Headlight Cleaner Hose - -
      1. Remove the clip.
      2. Fold back the front fender liner LH and disconnect the connector.
      3. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:

        Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose and drain washer fluid into a container.

      Clip Connector
      1. Remove the clip.
      2. Fold back the front fender liner RH and disconnect the connector.

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Detach the claw as shown in the illustration.
    9. Use the same procedure for the other side.

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Detach the claw and remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.
