Inspection [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *a Switch On Area
      *b Switch Off Area
      *c Component without harness connected
      (Fuel Lid Lock Control Cable Sub-assembly (Fuel Lid Open Sensor))

      Inspect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        L1-2 (B) - L1-1 (E) Switch On Below 1 Ω
        L1-2 (B) - L1-1 (E) Switch Off 10 kΩ or higher

        If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.
