Inspection [10/2022 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Check the operation of the fuel filler opening lid lock sub-assembly (motor operation).
- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the fuel filler opening lid lock sub-assembly connector, and check the operation of the fuel filler opening lid lock sub-assembly.

Tester Connection Specified Condition H112-4 (B) - Auxiliary battery positive (+)
H112-3 (E) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)Shaft not extended
(Unlock)H112-3 (E) - Auxiliary battery positive (+)
H112-4 (B) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)Shaft extended
(Lock) - If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel filler opening lid lock sub-assembly.
- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the fuel filler opening lid lock sub-assembly connector, and check the operation of the fuel filler opening lid lock sub-assembly.
- Measure the shaft stroke.

Area Condition Specified Condition A Lever pulled 23.2 to 39.5 mm (0.913 to 1.56 in.) - If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel filler opening lid lock sub-assembly.
- Check the operation of the fuel filler opening lid lock sub-assembly (motor operation).
