Inspection [08/2023 - ]: Procedure
- CHARGE LID LOCK WITH MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY
- Check the operation of the charge lid lock with motor lock assembly (motor operation).
- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the charge lid lock with motor lock assembly connector, and check the operation of the charge lid lock with motor lock assembly.

Tester Connection Specified Condition H7-4 (B) - Auxiliary battery positive (+)
H7-3 (E) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)Shaft not extended

H7-4 (B) - Auxiliary battery negative (-)Shaft extended
(Lock) - If the result is not as specified, replace the charge lid lock with motor lock assembly.
- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the charge lid lock with motor lock assembly connector, and check the operation of the charge lid lock with motor lock assembly.
- Measure the shaft stroke.

Area Condition Specified Condition A Lever pulled 22.4 to 40 mm (0.882 to 1.58 in.) - If the result is not as specified, replace the charge lid lock with motor lock assembly.
- Check the operation of the charge lid lock with motor lock assembly (motor operation).
