Hybrid Vehicle Control ECU Communication Stop Mode [10/2022 - 08/2023]: Procedure

1. Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the C59 hybrid vehicle control ECU connector.
3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   C59-51 (CA1H) - C59-52 (CA1L)	Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal	54 to 69 Ω

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH LINES OR CONNECTOR (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU) 

Result: 

OK

1. Check the hybrid vehicle control ECU power source circuit.
   • for T24A-FTS:

     Refer to ECU Power Source Circuit [10/2022 - ]

   • for A25A-FXS:

     Refer to ECU Power Source Circuit [10/2022 - ]

   Result

   NG

Result: 

OK 

REPLACE HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU. Refer to  REMOVAL [10/2022 - ]
