Installation [10/2022 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL NO. 2 ECM BRACKET
Torque: 4.5 N*m (46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf)
- INSTALL NO. 1 ECM BRACKET
Torque: 4.5 N*m (46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf)
- INSTALL ECM
- Install the ECM with the 2 bolts and nut.
Torque: 8.0 N*m (82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf)
NOTE:If the ECM has been struck or dropped, replace it.
- Connect the 3 ECM connectors and rotate the 3 levers to lock them.NOTE:
- When connecting the ECM connectors, make sure that the connecting parts of the ECM connectors are free of dirt, water and other foreign matter.
- Be sure to securely connect the ECM connectors.
- Install the ECM with the 2 bolts and nut.
- INSTALL AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY
*a Cutout *b Protrusion *c Top *d Rear of Vehicle *e 13 to 19 mm (0.512 to 0.748 in.) *f Pin - Install the air cleaner assembly to the air cleaner hose.NOTE:
Align the cutout of the air cleaner hose with the protrusion of the air cleaner assembly.
- Tighten the hose clamp in the position shown in the illustration.
- Engage the 3 pins to install the air cleaner assembly.
- Engage the 3 wire harness clamps.
- Connect the mass air flow meter sub-assembly connector.
- Install the air cleaner assembly to the air cleaner hose.
- INSTALL INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY
- INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
- CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

- INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING BATTERY TERMINAL

HINT:
When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
