Removal [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE ENGINE ASSEMBLY WITH TRANSAXLE 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2021 - 03/2024] , or refer to REMOVAL [03/2024 - ] 

  2. REMOVE CRANKSHAFT PULLEY ASSEMBLY 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24 [11/2021 - 03/2022] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24 [03/2022 - 03/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24 [03/2024 - ]
  3. REMOVE TIMING CHAIN COVER OIL SEAL

      1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, pry out the timing chain cover oil seal.
        NOTE:

        After removal, check the crankshaft for damage. If it is damaged, smooth the surface with 400-grit sandpaper.
