HINT:
- P023A-00 may be stored if there is insufficient coolant in the turbocharger and intercooler cooling system. If there is sufficient coolant in the system and P023A-00 is output when the vehicle is brought to the workshop, check if the customer has added coolant in the past.
- If the electric water pump assembly voltage is extremely high or low, control may be temporarily stopped and P023A-71. When the voltage returns to normal, control will resume and it will not be necessary to replace the electric water pump assembly.
- Read Freeze Frame Data using the GTS. The ECM records vehicle and driving condition information as Freeze Frame Data the moment a DTC is stored. When troubleshooting, Freeze Frame Data can help determine if the vehicle was moving or stationary, if the engine was warmed up or not, if the air fuel ratio was lean or rich, and other data from the time the malfunction occurred.
