| Atmospheric pressure | 76 kPa (abs) [11 psi (abs)] or higher |
| Ignition switch | ON |
| Time after engine start | 1 second or more |
| Intake air amount | 35 g/sec or more |
| Vacuum regulating valve pressure | 30 kPa [4.36 psi] or higher |
