Removal [03/2017 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [03/2017 - 05/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [05/2023 - 09/2023] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2 [09/2023 - ]

  2. REMOVE PURGE VSV 
    1. Detach the clamp and disconnect the wire harness from the wire harness bracket.

    2. Remove the bolt and wire harness bracket from the intake air surge tank assembly.
    3. Slide the clip and disconnect the fuel vapor feed hose from the purge VSV.

      *1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose
      *2 No. 1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose
    4. Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge VSV.
    5. Disconnect the purge VSV connector.
    6. Remove the bolt and purge VSV from the intake air surge tank assembly.
