Installation [03/2017 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL PURGE VSV

Install the purge VSV to the intake air surge tank assembly with the bolt.

*a	1 to 5 mm (0.0394 to 0.197 in.)	*b	30° to 60°

Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf)

HINT:

Make sure the direction of the purge VSV is as shown in the illustration.

Connect the purge VSV connector.
Connect the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose to the purge VSV and slide the clip to secure it.
HINT:

Engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.
Connect the fuel vapor feed hose to the purge VSV and slide the clip to secure it.
HINT:

Engage the clip within the area shown in the illustration.
Install the wire harness bracket to the intake air surge tank assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
Attach the clamp and connect the wire harness to the wire harness bracket.
