  • After the engine switch is turned off, there may be a waiting time before disconnecting the negative (-) battery terminal.

  • When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery

  • After replacing the airbag ECU assembly, refer to initialization.

HINT: 

To perform the simulation method, enter check mode (signal check) with the Techstream (Refer to CHECK MODE PROCEDURE [03/2017 - ] ), and then wiggle each connector of the airbag system or drive the vehicle on various types of road (Refer to HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [05/2023 - ] ).
