- REMOVE NO. 1 WINDSHIELD OUTSIDE MOULDING CLIP
- REMOVE NO. 1 OUTSIDE MOULDING RETAINER
- REMOVE FRONT FENDER OUTSIDE MOULDING PAD LH
HINT:
When removing the front fender outside moulding pad LH, if the double-sided tape is difficult to remove, heat the adhesive of the front fender outside moulding pad LH and roof side rail garnish sub-assembly LH using a heat light.

- REMOVE ROOF DRIP SIDE FINISH MOULDING CLIP
HINT:
When removing the roof drip side finish moulding clip, if the double-sided tape is difficult to remove, heat the adhesive of the roof drip side finish moulding clip and roof side rail garnish sub-assembly LH using a heat light.

- REMOVE UPPER WINDOW MOULDING JOINT COVER
HINT:
When removing the upper window moulding joint cover, if the double-sided tape is difficult to remove, heat the adhesive of the upper window moulding joint cover and roof side rail garnish sub-assembly LH using a heat light.

- REMOVE CENTER PILLAR EXTENSION BELT MOULDING
HINT:
When removing the center pillar extension belt moulding, if the double-sided tape is difficult to remove, heat the adhesive of the center pillar extension belt moulding and roof side rail garnish sub-assembly LH using a heat light.

HINT:
When removing the No. 1 grille opening moulding end cover, if the double-sided tape is difficult to remove, heat the adhesive of the No. 1 grille opening moulding end cover and roof side rail garnish sub-assembly LH using a heat light.

- REMOVE ROOF TOP MOULDING
HINT:
When removing the roof top moulding, if the double-sided tape is difficult to remove, heat the adhesive of the roof top moulding and roof side rail garnish sub-assembly LH using a heat light.

- REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE PANEL MOULDING LH
HINT:
When removing the No. 1 side panel moulding LH, if the double-sided tape is difficult to remove, heat the adhesive of the No. 1 side panel moulding LH and roof side rail garnish sub-assembly LH using a heat light.

- REMOVE ROOF DRIP SIDE FINISH MOULDING CLIP LH
- Insert a 5.0 mm (0.197 in.) drill bit into a drill.
- Tape the 5.0 mm (0.197 in.) drill bit 5.0 mm (0.197 in.) from the tip as shown in the illustration.

Area Dimensions A 5.0 mm (0.197 in.) NOTE:Tape the 5.0 mm (0.197 in.) drill bit to prevent the drill bit from going too deep.
- Apply protective tape around the roof drip side finish moulding clip LH.
Protective Tape - Lightly press the drill bit against the rivets to drill off the rivet flanges, and remove the 2 rivets.WARNING:
Be careful of the drilled rivets, as they may be hot.
NOTE:- Pressing the drill too firmly will cause the rivet to turn and result in the rivet not being drilled through.
- Prying the rivets with the drill may damage the rivet installation holes or drill bit.
- Remove the roof drip side finish moulding clip LH from the front pillar.
- Using a vacuum cleaner, remove the rivet fragments and shavings from the drilled areas.
