Installation [05/2023 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

Install the wire harness bracket with the bolt to the generator assembly.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
Using an E8 "TORX" socket wrench, temporarily install the generator assembly with the 2 stud bolts.
Tighten the 2 stud bolts.
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)

Install the bolt B and 2 nuts.

Torque: 43 N.m (438 kgf/cm, 32 ft.lbf)

*1	Engine Wire Bracket

Install the engine wire bracket with the bolt A.
Torque: 43 N.m (438 kgf/cm, 32 ft.lbf)
Install the oil cooler tube bracket with the bolt.
Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf/cm, 49 in.lbf)
Install the oil cooler tube with the bolt.
Torque: 22 N.m (224 kgf/cm, 16 ft.lbf)
Connect the generator assembly connector.
Connect the engine wire to the terminal B with the nut.
Torque: 12 N.m (122 kgf/cm, 9 ft.lbf)
Install the terminal cap.
Attach the clamp.
Connect the engine wire with the bolt.
Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf)
Attach the 2 clamps.

INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER BAR BRACKET BOLT
1. Install the bolt and specer nut to the front frame crossmenber sub-assembly.
  Torque: 120 N.m (1224 kgf/cm, 89 ft.lbf)
INSTALL FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY
Refer to INSTALLATION [05/2023 - 09/2023] , or refer to INSTALLATION [09/2023 - ]
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Refer to INSTALLATION [05/2023 - ]
INITIALIZATION AFTER RECONNECTING BATTERY TERMINAL
HINT:

When disconnecting and reconnecting the battery, there is an automatic learning function that completes learning when the respective system is used.
