Removal [06/2018 - 10/2019]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION 

    for HV Model: Refer to PRECAUTION [06/2018 - 10/2019]

    for Gasoline Model: Refer to PRECAUTION [06/2018 - 10/2019]

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  4. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  5. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    for UA80E: Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

    for P710: Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  6. REMOVE REAR UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  7. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  8. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  9. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  10. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5

  11. REMOVE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM COVER RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  12. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 24

  14. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 26

  15. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 27

  16. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH SWITCH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 17

  17. REMOVE DCM (TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER) 
    1. Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Disconnect each connector and remove the DCM (telematics transceiver).
