DTC B150B: Lost Communication with Gigabit Video Interface [10/2015 - 08/2019]: Procedure

1. Check if navigation system DTCs are not output.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2015 - 08/2019]

   Body Electrical > Navigation System > Trouble Codes 

   OK

   Navigation system DTCs are not output.

   Result

   Proceed to

GO TO NAVIGATION SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [10/2015 - 08/2019]

1. Replace the combination meter assembly with a new one.

   Refer to REMOVAL [10/2015 - 08/2016] , or refer to REMOVAL [08/2016 - 03/2018] , or refer to REMOVAL [03/2018 - 08/2019]

2. Turn the power switch on (IG) and wait 30 seconds.
   NOTE:

   A maximum of 30 seconds is required to send/receive the registration information between the combination meter assembly and radio receiver assembly.

3. Operate the steering pad switch assembly and check that the audio tab illuminates.
   NOTE:

   For TFT Meter Type, operate the steering pad switch assembly after moving the movable meter ring.

4. Check for DTCs and check the display status of the multi-information display.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [10/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   The multi-information display screen is blank when selecting the audio tab while operating the steering pad switch assembly.	A
   DTC B150B is output.
   The audio tab does not illuminate.	B

1. Replace the radio receiver assembly with a new or known good one.

   Refer to REMOVAL [10/2015 - 08/2016] , or refer to REMOVAL [08/2016 - 03/2018] , or refer to REMOVAL [03/2018 - 08/2019]

   NOTE:
