Reassembly [09/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLT 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SLT with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  2. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL5 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL5 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  3. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL4 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL4 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  4. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL3 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL3 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  5. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL2 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL2 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  6. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SL1 with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  7. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SLU 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve SLU with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin.
  8. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE S2 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve S2 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve S2 to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf) 

  9. INSTALL SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE S1 
    1. Coat the shift solenoid valve S1 with ATF.

    2. Install the shift solenoid valve S1 to the transmission valve body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf) 

  10. INSTALL SOLENOID LOCK PLATE 
    1. Install the solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve body assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 7.0 N*m (71 kgf*cm, 62 in.*lbf) 

  11. INSTALL MANUAL VALVE 
    1. Install the manual valve connecting rod to the manual valve with a new E-ring.

      *1 Manual Valve Connecting Rod
      *2 Manual Valve
      *3 E-ring
    2. Coat the manual valve with ATF and install it to the transmission valve body assembly.
