Removal [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM 

    See step  1

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY 
    1. for Sport Package:

      Refer to REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]

    2. except Sport Package:

      Refer to REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 45

  4. REMOVE VEHICLE APPROACHING SPEAKER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 50

  6. REMOVE HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  7. REMOVE LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL

  9. REMOVE NO. 3 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL

      Remove in this Direction - -
  13. REMOVE DISCHARGE TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the nut, 2 bolts and discharge tube sub-assembly.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the discharge tube sub-assembly.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  14. REMOVE NO. 3 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE

      1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 3 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
      2. Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 3 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts with vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  15. DISCONNECT NO. 2 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE

      1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the No. 2 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the No. 2 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  16. DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE RH

      Disconnect in this Direction - -
  17. REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Remove the 4 bolts.
      2. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the cooler condenser assembly as shown in the illustration.
        NOTE:

        Do not damage the cooler condenser assembly and radiator assembly when removing the cooler condenser assembly.
