Removal [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR UPPER TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  4. REMOVE ROPE HOOK 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  5. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK COVER 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 5
  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR INSIDE HANDLE 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6
  7. REMOVE SWITCH BASE 
    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7
  8. REMOVE BACK DOOR SERVICE HOLE COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  9. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  10. REMOVE BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Apply protective tape around the back door outside garnish sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
      2. Remove the 4 bolts.
      3. Disengage the 17 clips and 2 guides to remove the back door outside garnish sub-assembly
