Removal [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER AIR GUIDE PLATE

  2. DISCONNECT FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      *1 Front Fender Liner LH - -
      Remove in this Direction Pushing Area
      1. Apply protective tape around the front fender moulding sub-assembly LH.
      2. Remove the 3 clips.
      3. Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the screw.
      4. Pull back the edge of the front fender liner LH and disengage the 4 claws by pushing the area indicated by the arrow in the illustration with the finger.
        NOTE:
        • Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front fender liner LH.
        • To avoid damaging the claws, do not forcibly pull the front fender moulding sub-assembly LH.
      5. Disengage the 2 clips and disconnect the front fender moulding sub-assembly LH.
  3. DISCONNECT FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

      1. Apply protective tape around the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

      1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

      1. Remove the 2 clips and 8 screws.

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Disengage the 8 claws as shown in the illustration.
      2. Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration and disconnect the 2 connectors.
        NOTE:

        Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front bumper assembly.

      *A w/ Headlight Cleaner System - -
      1. Disconnect the washer hose and drain the washer fluid as shown in the illustration.

        HINT: 

        Use a container to collect the washer fluid.

      Remove in this Direction - -
      1. Remove the 4 bolts.
      2. Remove the 2 clips and remove the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.
