SOC Gauge Malfunction [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM 
    1. Check if CAN communication system DTCs are output.

      Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [11/2021 - 03/2023] , or refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [03/2023 - ]

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      DTCs are not output A
      DTCs are output B

    Result: 

    B 

    GO TO CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM. Refer to  HOW TO PROCEED WITH TROUBLESHOOTING [11/2021 - ] 

    Result: 

    A

  2. CHECK FOR DTC (PLUG-IN CHARGE CONTROL SYSTEM) 
    1. Check if plug-in charge control system DTCs are output.

      Powertrain > Plug-in Control > Trouble Codes 

      Result

      Result Proceed to
      DTCs are not output A
      DTCs are output B

    Result: 

    B 

    GO TO PLUG-IN CHARGE CONTROL SYSTEM. Refer to  DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [11/2021 - ] 

    Result: 

    A

  3. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING GTS 
    1. Perform the Active Test according to the display on the GTS.

      Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Active Test
