  1. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE STEP BRACKET LH

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE STEP STAY SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 SIDE STEP BRACKET LH

  4. REMOVE STEP COVER PROTECTOR LH 
    NOTE:

    When removing the step cover protector LH, heat the step cover protector LH using a heat light.

    Standard Value

    Part Temperature
    Step Cover Protector LH 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)
    WARNING:
    • Do not touch the heat light and heated parts.
    • Touching the heat light may result in burns.
    • Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.

    *b Heat Light
    NOTE:

    Do not heat the step cover protector LH excessively.

      1. Heat the adhesive of the step cover protector LH using a heat light.
      2. Remove the step cover protector LH.
    2. Use the same procedure for the both step cover protectors LH.
  5. REMOVE SCREW GROMMET
