- INSTALL NO. 7 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL NOTE:
When installing the No. 7 radiator grille seal, heat the No. 7 radiator grille seal and radiator shutter using a heat light.

- Touching the heat light may result in burns.
- Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.

*a Mark-off Line *b Standard of Seal Attachment *c Range of Seal Attachment *d Edge of Curved Surface STANDARD MEASUREMENTArea Dimensions Area Dimensions A 63.7 mm (2.51 in.) B 11 mm (0.433 in.) - Clean the radiator shutter surface.
1. When reusing the radiator shutter, remove remaining double-sided tape from the radiator shutter.
2. Using a heat light, heat the radiator shutter surface.
3. Clean the installation area surface.
NOTE:- Installing the No. 7 radiator grille seal with some double-sided tape remaining may cause poor adhesion. Perform this procedure until the tape is sufficiently removed.
- Make sure to use a cloth when removing. Using a screwdriver, etc., may cause damage and poor adhesion.
- Using a heat light, heat the radiator shutter and a new No. 7 radiator grille seal.
- Install the No. 7 radiator grille seal in the position shown in the illustration.
HINT:
Apply pressure so that it does not lift up from the radiator shutter.
- Clean the radiator shutter surface.
- INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL NOTE:
When installing the No. 1 radiator grille seal, heat the No. 1 radiator grille seal and radiator shutter using a heat light.

2. Using a heat light, heat the radiator shutter surface.
3. Clean the installation area surface.
NOTE:- Installing the No. 1 radiator grille seal with some double-sided tape remaining may cause poor adhesion. Perform this procedure until the tape is sufficiently removed.
