Disassembly [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 4 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL 
    NOTE:

    When removing the No. 4 radiator grille seal, if the double-sided tape is difficult to remove, heat the adhesive of the No. 4 radiator grille seal using a heat light.

    Part Temperature
    No. 4 Radiator Grille Seal 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)
    WARNING:
    • Do not touch the heat light and heated parts.
    • Touching the heat light may result in burns.
    • Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.

    NOTE:

    Do not heat the No. 4 radiator grille seal excessively.

      1. Heat the adhesive of the No. 4 radiator grille seal using a heat light.
      2. Remove the 2 No. 4 radiator grille seals.
  2. REMOVE NO. 6 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL 
    NOTE:

    When removing the No. 6 radiator grille seal, if the double-sided tape is difficult to remove, heat the adhesive of the No. 6 radiator grille seal using a heat light.

  3. REMOVE NO. 8 RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL
