Disassembly [12/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - ]

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 23

  3. REMOVE STEP PLATE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - ] 

  4. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      *A for RH Side - -
      Clip Screw
      Grommet - -
      1. Using a 4 mm hexagon socket wrench, remove the 2 screws.
      2. for RH Side:

        Remove the clip.

      3. Remove the 10 clips and detach the 4 grommets.
      4. Remove the front fender splash shield sub-assembly LH.
  5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SIDE PANEL PROTECTOR LH

      Remove in this Direction - -
  6. REMOVE WINDSHIELD OUTSIDE MOULDING LH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2021 - ] 

  7. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      *1 Front Side No. 2 Panel Protector LH - -
      *a Installation bolt (A) - -
      Remove in this Direction (1) Remove in this Direction (2)
      1. Loosen the 4 bolts.
      2. Detach the claw and, fold back the front side No. 2 panel protector LH in the direction shown in the illustration so that the front fender LH installation bolt (A) can be removed.
      3. Remove the 10 bolts and front fender sub-assembly LH.
  8. REMOVE FRONT SIDE NO. 2 PANEL PROTECTOR LH
