Removal [10/2020 - 11/2021]: Procedure
- PRECAUTION WARNING:
Some of these service operations affect the SRS airbag system. Read the precautionary notices concerning the SRS airbag system before servicing.

NOTE:After the ignition switch is turned off, there may be a waiting time before disconnecting the auxiliary negative (-) battery terminal.
- w/ Advanced Drive:
- REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 25
- DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

WARNING:- Wait at least 60 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
- SRS parts are equipped with a backup power source. If work is started within 60 seconds of turning the power switch off and disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal, SRS parts may deploy.
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.

- REMOVE PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY
- Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.
Place Hand Here Remove in this Direction - Place your hands at the positions shown in the illustration and pull in the removal direction to detach the clip.
- Pass the rear seat outer belt assembly LH, rear seat outer belt assembly RH and rear center seat outer belt assembly through the hole of the package tray trim panel assembly.
Remove in this Direction - - - pull in the removal direction to detach the guide and remove the package tray trim panel assembly.
- Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips.
- REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY
