Typical Malfunction Thresholds

OFF malfunction 

  1. One of the following conditions is met: OFF malfunction (A), (B) or (C)
    OFF MALFUNCTION (A)

    Motor speed - (-Output speed x 1st gear ratio) l 400 rpm or more
    OFF MALFUNCTION (B)

    Solenoid (SL1) valve OFF malfunction
    OFF MALFUNCTION (C)

    Solenoid (SLT) valve ON malfunction

ON malfunction 

  1. One of the following conditions is met: OFF malfunction (A), (B) or (C)
    ON MALFUNCTION (A)

    Motor speed - Output speed x 2nd gear ratio 400 rpm or more
    ON MALFUNCTION (B)

    Motor speed - Output speed x 4th gear ratio 400 rpm or more
    ON MALFUNCTION (C)

    Solenoid (SLT) valve ON malfunction
