DTC C1365: Accumulator Pressure Sensor [10/2020 - 10/2023]: Description

The accumulator pressure sensor is built into the brake actuator assembly.

The skid control ECU assembly detects the accumulator pressure from the data sent from the accumulator pressure sensor, and then starts and stops the pump motor by operating the ABS motor relay.

This DTC may be stored if the accumulator pressure drops due to frequent braking (this is not a malfunction).

  • INF Code: -
    • Absolute value of difference between previous accumulator pressure sensor value and current accumulator pressure sensor value is 7.5 MPa (76.5kg/cm2 , 1088 psi) or more for 0.054 seconds or more consecutively.
  • INF Code: 211
    • Sensor supply voltage 1 (VCM) is 4.7 V or less, or 5.3 V or more for 0.05 seconds or more.
  • INF Code: 212
    • Output voltage of accumulator pressure sensor (PAC1) is 0.25 V or less, or 4.53 V or more for 0.05 seconds or more.
  • INF Code: 214
    • While the motor is off, the total of the wheel cylinder pressure sensor values of all 4 wheels increases but the accumulator pressure changes little for 0.5 seconds or more.
