DTC C13A0: Open Circuit in Power Source Circuit; DTC C13A5: Electric Current of Motor; DTC C13B0: Electric Parking Brake ECU Malfunction [10/2020 - 10/2023]: Description

13A0, C13A5 and C13B0 are stored when a malfunction occurs in the internal power supply of the parking brake ECU assembly.

  • Diagnosis Condition:

    Electric parking brake switch assembly is operated to lock side with power switch off or power switch is turned on (IG)

  • Malfunction Duration:

    Approximately 0.5 seconds

 Parking brake ECU assembly Yes An electric parking brake system malfunction is displayed on the multi-information display.
C13A5 Electric Current of Motor
  • Diagnosis Condition:

    Electric parking brake switch assembly is operated to lock side with power switch off or power switch is turned on (IG)

  • Malfunction Status:

    Parking brake ECU assembly internal current value malfunction

  • Malfunction Duration:

    0.3 seconds when parking brake is operating or approximately 0.5 seconds when parking brake is not operating

C13B0 Electric Parking Brake ECU Malfunction
  • Diagnosis Condition:

    Electric parking brake switch assembly is operated to lock side with power switch off or power switch is turned on (IG)

    Parking brake ECU assembly internal voltage malfunction or EEPROM malfunction

  • Malfunction Duration:

    Approximately 0.5 seconds
