Removal [05/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. PRECAUTION

    Refer to PRECAUTION [05/2023 - ]

    NOTE:

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.

    Refer to BEFORE DISCONNECTING BATTERY [05/2023 - ]

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12

  3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 3

    WARNING:

    • Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
    • If the airbag deploys for any reason, it may cause a serious accident.
  4. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET 

    Refer to REMOVAL [05/2023 - ] 

  5. REMOVE ANTENNA DIVIDER 
    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the antenna divider.
  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [05/2023 - ]

  7. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Detach the clamp and claw.

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.
  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [03/2017 - ]

  9. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [05/2023 - ]

  10. REMOVE NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY WITH BOX 

    Refer to REMOVAL [03/2017 - ] 

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the 3 connectors.

      Bolt Connector
    2. Remove the 3 bolts.
    3. Detach the clamp and remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
  12. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [05/2023 - ]

  13. REMOVE CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [05/2023 - ]

  14. REMOVE CURTAIN SHIELD AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [05/2023 - ]

  15. REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Detach the clamp and remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.
  16. REMOVE NO. 4 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. Detach the clamp and remove the No. 4 antenna cord sub-assembly.
