Installation [03/2017 - 05/2023]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL NO. 1 COMPUTER BRACKET 
    1. Attach the claw and install the No. 1 computer bracket as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
  2. INSTALL SPOILER CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install the spoiler control ECU assembly to the No. 3 deck board bracket with the nut as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
  3. INSTALL NO. 3 DECK BOARD BRACKET 
    1. Install the No. 3 deck board bracket with the 3 bolts as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
    2. Connect the 3 connectors.
  4. INSTALL INNER LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [03/2017 - 01/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 [01/2021 - ]

  5. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [03/2017 - 01/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6 [01/2021 - ]

  6. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [03/2017 - 01/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [01/2021 - ]

  7. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [03/2017 - 01/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [01/2021 - ]

  8. INSTALL NO. 1 DECK BOARD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14 [03/2017 - 01/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14 [01/2021 - ]

  9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

    NOTE:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

    Refer to INITIALIZATION [03/2017 - 04/2020] , or refer to INITIALIZATION [04/2020 - 05/2023]

  10. INSTALL NO. 2 DECK BOARD 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [03/2017 - 01/2021] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13 [01/2021 - ]

  11. INITIALIZE ACTIVE REAR WING SYSTEM 

    Refer to INITIALIZATION [03/2017 - ]

  12. CHECK ACTIVE REAR WING SYSTEM 

    Refer to OPERATION CHECK [03/2017 - ]
