Installation [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

1. Using a SST, install the suspension tower damper to the vehicle with the 2 nuts.

   Specified tightening torque 

   Torque: 18 N.m (184 kgf/cm, 13 ft.lbf) 

   • SST: 09729-00140 
   NOTE:

   Do not extend or compress the damper.

   *a	Torque Wrench Fulcrum Length

   HINT: 

   • Calculate the torque wrench reading when changing the fulcrum length of the torque wrench.

     Refer to PRECAUTION [09/2020 - ]

   • When using SST (fulcrum length of 200 mm (7.87 in.)) + torque wrench (fulcrum length of 162 mm (6.38 in.)):

     8.1 N.m (83 kgf/cm, 72 in.lbf)
