Installation [04/2013 - 08/2015]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSPECTION [04/2013 - 09/2020] 

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY 
    1. w/o Pretensioner:
      1. Engage the guide and install the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly with the bolt.

        Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf) 

    2. w/ Pretensioner:

      *a Locking Button
      *b Lock
      1. Temporarily install the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly with the 2 bolts.
      2. Fully tighten the bolt (A) first, then the bolt (B).

        Bolt (A) 

        Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf) 

        Bolt (B) 

        Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf) 

      3. Connect the pretensioner connector and lock the locking button as shown in the illustration.
        NOTE:

        Securely lock the locking button.

    3. Check that the ELR locks.
      NOTE:

      The check should be performed with the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly installed.

      1. With the belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.
  3. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Rear Sunshade) 
    1. for Fixed Seat Type:
      1. Pass the 3 rear seat belt floor anchors through the holes of the package tray trim panel assembly.
    2. for Fold Down Seat Type:
      1. Pass the 2 rear seat belt floor anchors through the holes of the package tray trim panel assembly.
    3. Engage the 5 guides and 3 clips to install the package tray trim panel assembly.
    4. Install the 4 clips.
  4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Sunshade) 
    1. Pass the 2 rear seat belt floor anchors through the holes of the package tray trim panel assembly.
    2. Engage the guide and 3 clips to install the package tray trim panel assembly.
    3. Install the 4 clips.
  5. INSTALL CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH COVER (w/o Rear Sunshade) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT HOLE COVER 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure for all rear seat shoulder belt hole covers.

    1. Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the rear seat shoulder belt hole cover.

  7. CONNECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Fixed Seat Type) 

    See step  6

  8. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH 
    1. Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      *a Protruding Part

      Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Do not allow the anchor part of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly LH to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  9. CONNECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  10. INSTALL NO. 3 ROOM PARTITION COVER (for Fold Down Seat Type) 
    1. Engage the 5 clips to install the No. 3 room partition cover.
  11. INSTALL NO. 2 ROOM PARTITION COVER (for Fold Down Seat Type) 
    1. Engage the guide.
    2. Engage the 2 claws and clip to install the No. 2 room partition cover.
    3. Install the clip.
  12. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOM PARTITION COVER (for Fold Down Seat Type) 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 room partition cover.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT SUB FLOOR PANEL (for Fold Down Seat Type) 
    1. Engage the 3 clips to install the rear seat sub floor panel.
  14. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER (for Fold Down Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 14

  15. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT (for Fold Down Seat Type) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  16. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 20

  17. INSTALL INNER ROOF SIDE GARNISH ASSEMBLY RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 21

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  20. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 26

  21. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 

    HINT: 

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fixed Seat Type)
