Removal [10/2018 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [10/2018 - 08/2021] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [08/2021 - 07/2022] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11 [07/2022 - ]

  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM BOARD ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12 [10/2018 - 08/2021] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12 [08/2021 - 07/2022] Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 12 [07/2022 - ]

  3. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY WITH COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH (w/ Power Back Door) 
    1. Disconnect the 2 connectors and remove the bolt.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 screws and back door lock assembly with courtesy light switch.

  4. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY WITH COURTESY LIGHT SWITCH (w/o Power Back Door) 
    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 screws and back door lock assembly with courtesy light switch.
